It’s a worrying time when you have to have major work carried out on your home. Especially the roof when you are concerned about rain getting in during the process. I need not have worried. Steve explained that everyday the roof would be watertight before they left. We had a few downpours and good to his word no rain came in. Steve and his team of very hard working lads did a fantastic job. We now have the best roof in the road.

Hard workers, very friendly, very polite, very professional. Steve is easy to deal with. The temperatures were 30+ and they still worked - all they needed was cold drinks. Tidied up and cleaned windows. After they finished followed up to make sure all ok. Would not hesitate to use again. The scaffolders they used were brilliant too, equally as good.

Steve and team are experienced and re-roofed our 3 floored Victorian house in quality traditional slate, in these not so easy times and not in the best weather. From the outset the work was carried out most efficiently, impressively and skilfully and all all timetables were met. IIR ltd were very professional, they were the only company that returned our calls or answered their phone. They arranged to come and look at the roof, arrived to look at the roof when they said, quoted for the repairs, which was accepted by the insurance company, erected scaffold and repaired the roof and completed the repair. we would have no hesitation on recommending them.

Broken tile on roof. Contacted Island Imperial Roofers Ltd and they came to survey and repair the roof within 2 days. Excellent service, the only roofer we contacted prepared to do a small job. The tile was replaced, no mess left behind and another problem seen in the lead gully has been sealed to prevent water ingress until we can get it fixed. Professional, friendly, quick service and they will definitely be the people we turn to if we have other issues.

I have had main roof repairs and conservatory roof replaced by Island Imperial Roofing over the last 2 years. Steve installed the Firestone EPDM roof materials to conservatory. Their work is superb nothing is too much trouble for them. They arrive on time work hard, friendly team and clean up site after completion of job. If you are considering having your roof repaired or replaced look no further. Island Imperial Roofing is what I call a proper friendly team and I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have to my sister in law who will be ringing you soon Steven. As will my next door neighbour who says our roof puts his to shame now. It was just by chance they were replacing a roof in Beckford Road and I asked Steven if he would give me a quote for ours in Gordon Road. Within an hour Ricky and Steven came along and discussed it with me. I had a quote on my email within a couple of days which I happily accepted.
The plan was to start the job in May, but a slot came up, the scaffolding went up and Steven, Ricky and Tom were round in a few days to proceed. A bit of rain and high winds doesn't seem to phase these guys they just get on with it.
Storm Gareth did get the better of them for one day, but it wasn't long before they had it completed and we had a nice new roof. Thank you so much guys we can sleep better at nights now.

Thanks to Steve and the team at Island Imperial Roofing. Roof repair work is always a worry, especially if there's a leak involved, but having found such a top-notch roofing company at least the concerns are minimised because of the confidence I have in Steve as a roofing expert.

I had used Island Imperial Roofing at the start of this year and was absolutely delighted with the quality of work carried out. Steve and his colleague worked hard and were clearly very knowledgeable, professional and friendly too. I was so pleased with the work that I did not
hesitate in recommending Island Imperial Roofing to a couple of friends of mine who needed roofing services.

Because of the quality of his work, and his reputation Steve's company is naturally busy. However, in my experience he will always try to help, maybe providing a temporary solution if necessary, because of commitments or the weather. His attitude and customer consideration is definitely to be applauded.

Needless to say, we were delighted with this recent job Island Imperial Roofing did at our property. I would not consider asking anyone else to do any roofing work, or Velux fitting etc. Steve can totally be relied on 100%, is a pleasure to deal with, and always does a great job. What more might a roof in need of repair need?

Job: To fix a leaking lead valley between our slate roof and the brick wall of the adjoining property.  Previously a general maintenance company had made unsuccessful attempts to fix this.

A great service from Steve and his team. Steve responded promptly to our enquiry. He came along soon after to perform a thorough assessment and go through the plan of action and estimated cost for the 2 day job. The team stuck to the scheduled start date and completed the work on time, despite encountering some additional problems arising from the original construction which were only exposed when the roof tiles were removed. Steve and his team were very pleasant, friendly and professional, and Steve kept us well informed throughout the job, again illustrating the progress with photos. They kept the inconvenience to a minimum and left the site tidy and clean.

I'm pleased to say the final bill came in within the original estimated range. We have yet to have this fix put to the test by some 'proper' rain but I am 100% confident that at last we will have no more leaks.

I would be very happy to recommend Island Imperial Roofing. They are knowledgeable, expert, and also good communicators, which I particularly value.

The work was completed very quickly but very efficiently by a team of three who were respectful and hard working. They tidied the site every evening, taking away the rubbish and placing equipment and materials in safe places so as not to cause accidents. The progress of the work was shared with us at each stage. Despite the heavy showers during the week the job was completed on time and the scaffolding removed over the following two days which was much appreciated. The finished job is excellent and we can find no fault with it.

 We had a leak in our roof. I phoned Island Imperial Roofing and spoke to Steve. He was very busy in the run-up to Christmas, but still managed to pop over to see if there was anything he could do. He made a temporary fix, putting our mind at ease over Christmas.

With any work done at your property, there are always concerns about the manner of the undertaking... reliability, cost, competence, mess, etc. and it can be a real worry. We can honestly say that Steve out-performed all expectations. It was literally a pleasure having Steve and Ricky at our property.

I was particularly impressed with the explanation of all the stages of the job. Apart from expertise it was clear that both took great pride in their work. When completed the area around our property site was thoroughly tidied up, all debris removed, further demonstrating their high standards approach to customer satisfaction. The first roofing company on the island to actually do the job properly and for a reasonable price. I've used 3 long established local companies over the years, all talked the talk and took thousands from us but none did a proper job and our leak continued. Island Imperial Roofing organised the scaffolding, gave us a very reasonable price and turned up on the day they said they would. Finally, the leak has now stopped.  The quote was the lowest of three, the work was completed on time with well timed erection and removal of scaffolding. I was pleased with the work and my neighbour also had his front fascias done at the same time. They even removed Ivy and cleaned the plastic windows frames.
